We have enabled Google Signals within Google Analytics. This data is reported only in aggregate and is never used to identify you individually. You can control or turn off this collection at any time through your Google Ads Settings.

The App is provided to existing clients on an invitation-only basis — there is no public sign-up. This section describes how the App specifically handles your information and supplements the rest of this Privacy Policy.

Information the App Collects

• Account information: Your email address (used to sign in), and your name and company, which identify your client account.
• App activity & device information: Basic usage signals such as when you open the App, your app version, and your device platform (iOS/Android), used to keep your account active and improve reliability.
• Push notification token: A device token used solely to deliver the notifications you have enabled (for example, campaign and report updates).
• Your account content: The advertising campaign, performance, report, order, and invoice information tied to your client account, which the App displays to you.

The App does not collect your precise location and does not use an advertising identifier. The App contains no advertising and no third-party analytics, tracking, or advertising SDKs. Any camera or photo-library permission the App may request is not currently used to collect data.

How App Data Is Stored and Shared

App data is stored with Google Firebase (Authentication and Cloud Firestore), which Google operates as our service provider. To operate the App we rely on the following service providers: Google Firebase (authentication and database), Expo (delivery of push notifications), and Airtable (our internal client-management system, which holds your name, email, and company). We do not sell your personal information and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.

All App data is encrypted in transit using industry-standard TLS (Transport Layer Security — the standard that secures data moving over the internet) and is encrypted at rest by our cloud providers.

Deleting Your App Account and Data

You can permanently delete your account and associated data directly in the App at any time: open Settings → Delete Account and confirm. This removes your profile, notifications, and the campaign, report, order, and invoice records associated with your account. You may also request deletion by emailing support@tailordigitals.com.

How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Respond to your inquiries and provide customer support
• Deliver and improve our digital marketing services
• Send you information about our services (with your consent)
• Analyze Site usage to improve user experience
